Outside of his role at Gilmour Coast Finance, Ethan is a family man who enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle. He can often be found at the gym, out surfing, on the golf course, or salsa dancing — pursuits that reflect the discipline, energy, and enthusiasm he brings to both his personal life and his work.

SENIOR MORTGAGE BROKER

Donna is an experienced Mortgage Broker with a Degree in Mortgage Broking and has been working as a broker for over 5 years, prior this she worked in Administration, mainly in schools and more recently working in pre insolvency, this involved assisting individuals and company directors with bankruptcy and liquidation. Due to these professions, Donna has a calm disposition and enjoys being able to assist clients achieve their best outcomes.

Originally from New Zealand, Donna moved to Australia with her 3 children in 1998, and became an Australia Citizen in 2002.

Donna’s passion is assisting First Home Owners achieve their dreams, and is happy to work with them for a period of time to ensure they are a good fit for the lender prior to lodging their application.

Currently Donna is enjoying assisting owners to refinance and make the most of the good interest rates to refinance their home and even consolidate debts to obtain more a better standard of living.

Donna is grand mother of 6 beautiful grand children with a 7th on the way, and as an empty nester has plenty of time to talk to her clients regarding their requirements.

Bradley Smith may seem like a basic, even fake, name but we assure you it was God given. Brad is our Sales and Marketing Agent. That's what's on his official title, but he's also the unofficial entire IT department. So whether you can't find the right form saved to the shared drive, posting Social Media (like this), or assisting clients, Brad does it all. Outside of work he enjoys being a jack of all trades, working on cars, playing sports, video games, the beach, hiking, camping or even just watching a movie.
